I built Bible Pro so that your reading and study stay yours. In short: I do not collect any data about you.
Your data stays on your device
Bible Pro keeps everything on your device: your notes, highlights, bookmarks, reading plans, prayers and settings.
No account, no analytics
There is no account. Bible Pro does not collect, sell or share personal data, and it has no analytics and no advertising.
Groups
If you create or join a group, its messages, shared prayers and shared notes are stored in your own iCloud account and shared with the people you invite, using Apple's iCloud sharing. I cannot read them, and I have no copy of them.
The study agent
The study agent runs on your device with on-device Apple Intelligence, on iPhones that support it. Your questions and its answers never leave your phone.
Tips
Tips are handled by Apple through the App Store. Bible Pro never sees your payment details.
One-time import from older versions
If you used an older version with an account, for about two weeks after this update Bible Pro downloads your own notes, highlights, plans and prayers from that account once. It then deletes the sign-in and never contacts the old server again. After that window the old server is shut down.
